Akera Funnels

Akera Funnels brings people, companies, conversations, human review, and agent activity into one shared workspace. Move from a relationship record to the message, decision, and audit trail without losing context.

Connect the sources and surfaces that power relationship work

Up and running in three steps

    01

    Connect your sources

Connect Fathom, LinkedIn, Skool, and X from one integrations area. Each connection feeds the workspace surfaces that use it.

    02

    Organize every relationship

Bring people, companies, lists, saved views, and opportunities into the CRM, then move work through the pipeline with the full relationship history nearby.

    03

    Review and trace the work

Route items to the Review Inbox for human judgment and use Activity to trace decisions, approvals, changes, and external receipts.

Everything your relationship work needs, in one place

Keep the record, the conversation, the source evidence, the review decision, and the activity trail connected instead of scattering context across separate tools.

    CRM

    Keep the relationship record together

Manage people, companies, lists, saved views, pipelines, and opportunities without separating the record from its relationship history.

    Conversations

    Work from one careful inbox

Search and filter conversations by queue, status, priority, and assignee. Save drafts, add internal notes, and keep the contact context beside the thread.

    Fathom

Turn calls into traceable source evidence

Import attended calls, transcripts, and summaries from Fathom so agents can process evidence that traces back to the original call.

    Social CRM

    Bring messages into the CRM

Connect LinkedIn through the Akera extension, sync X direct messages, and bring Skool direct messages into the same relationship workspace.

    Community analytics

See how your Skool community grows

Track members, visitors, sign-ups, conversion, discovery rank, and acquisition sources from the Skool community analytics dashboard.

    People and agents

Give agents a narrow, auditable scope

Create agents with a role, read-only or read-and-write access, and explicit workspace grants. Rotate or revoke credentials while keeping their history.

    Who Akera Funnels is for

    Frequently asked questions

    What is Akera Funnels?+

Akera Funnels is a shared workspace for relationship work. It brings CRM records, conversations, connected sources, human review, activity history, and scoped agents into one place.

Which product areas are available today?+

CRM, Conversations, Review Inbox, Knowledge, Integrations, Activity, Team, agent management, and Skool community analytics are live product areas. Content Studio, publishing, scheduling, and the asset library are not part of the current release.

    Which integrations can I connect?+

The current integrations surface supports Fathom for calls and source evidence, LinkedIn and X for social CRM conversation sync, and Skool for community analytics and direct messages into the CRM.

How does the Fathom connection work?+

Connect a Fathom API key, choose how much call history to import, and choose which meeting identities count as attended. Imported calls keep their transcripts, summaries, and source evidence in the workspace.

What can I see for a Skool community?+

The community dashboard includes members, visitors, sign-ups, visitor conversion, discovery ranking, the visitor-to-sign-up funnel, acquisition sources, leaderboards, and trends. Admin-only metrics appear after the Skool account is paired and verified.

Can I bring agents into the workspace?+

Yes. Create an agent, choose its role, give it read-only or read-and-write access, and grant only the workspaces it should use. Credentials can be rotated or revoked, and revoked agents remain in history.

    Where does human approval happen?+

The Review Inbox gathers work waiting on human judgment. Reviewers open a queue and make decisions one item at a time, while Activity traces decisions, approvals, changes, and external receipts.

Does Akera Funnels publish content today?+

No. Content Studio, publishing, scheduling, and the asset library are marked as coming next in the product. The current release focuses on relationship records, conversations, review, integrations, source evidence, analytics, and agents.
