The Grants-Ready Community for Founders
Overview
We partnered with GrantHouse to shape a grants-funding community for founders. It is a place where entrepreneurs learn how to position their business for grants, work through a get-funded roadmap with peers, and turn "I keep hearing about grants" into a real, funded outcome.
The Challenge
Grants are one of the most underused funding paths for early-stage founders. The information is scattered across government portals, private databases, and paid consultants, and most founders never make it past "I don't know where to start." GrantHouse needed to consolidate the roadmap, the resources, and the community into one place. It also needed to turn a passive audience of five thousand plus entrepreneurs into an active membership that returns weekly, not just once.
Our Solution
We designed GrantHouse around a clear funding loop. The free tier lands members on a seven-day Get Funded Challenge, a structured sprint that produces a real grant application, not just a reading list. A grant-ready roadmap and a curated resource library sit behind it. The Pro tier layers on a custom grant dashboard, a funding blueprint, application replays, and premium tools for founders who are ready to move faster. Community surfaces such as rooms, threads, and weekly rhythms are treated as the gravity of the product, so members are pulled back in by peers, not by notifications. The tone stays direct and outcome-focused. This is a business-building programme, not a course library.
The Results
GrantHouse now reads as the default place on the internet to become grant-ready. New members land in a clear first-week path, active members work through the roadmap alongside peers who chase the same funding, and the Pro tier gives the business a natural upgrade for the founders who want the full playbook. A large free audience becomes a compounding funded-founder community.
