Overview
We redesigned the landing page for The Next Level Guy, Rajesh Nagjee's online coaching platform helping aspiring professionals build sustainable freelance businesses. The project combined design, animation, development, and CRO strategy to dramatically improve conversion performance.
The Challenge
Despite having a proven course and a growing audience, the existing landing page was underperforming:
- Low conversion rate — only 5% of visitors were converting into course signups
- Poor lead quality — the leads that did come through weren't the right fit for the programme
- Weak messaging — the page didn't communicate the transformation students could expect
- No urgency or structure — visitors browsed but had no compelling reason to act now
Our Solution
We took a data-driven approach, combining CRO best practices with engaging design and animation:
- Outcome-focused messaging — rewrote the entire page around student success stories and income milestones, not course modules
- Framer Motion animations — smooth scroll-triggered animations that guide attention and create a premium feel
- Qualified lead funnel — restructured the signup flow to pre-qualify leads, filtering for serious candidates
- Social proof hierarchy — video testimonials from successful graduates placed strategically throughout the page
- Urgency mechanics — cohort-based enrollment with clear deadlines and limited spots
The Results
The impact was immediate and dramatic:
- Conversion rate jumped from 5% to 35% within the first month
- Lead quality improved significantly — more qualified applicants entering the funnel
- The redesigned page attracted the right audience and repelled tyre-kickers
