Enterprise-Grade Coaching Platform for Forbes 500 Operators
Overview
We partnered with The Next Level Guy to design an end-to-end coaching platform engineered to a Forbes 500 standard — software a high-performance coach is proud to put their name on, holding together six product surfaces under one cohesive design system.
The Challenge
The category is crowded with generic course-builders that treat coaches as content creators and clients as inventory. The Next Level Guy needed a product that read as premium, bespoke, and operationally serious — the kind of platform a senior operator would expect from a brand they paid attention to. That meant resisting template defaults, making the admin surface feel as considered as the member-facing flows, and turning the in-between moments — auth, onboarding, settings — into ones that earn confidence instead of leaking it.
Our Approach
We worked end-to-end across information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI on six surfaces: Authentication, Onboarding, Admin Dashboard, AI Hub, Settings, and Cohort Onboarding. The AI Hub was structured so context-switching is one click, not three. The admin dashboard surfaces cohort momentum without dumping every metric on the page. Course selection feels like picking a path, not filling out a form. Underneath all of it: a small, opinionated component library that keeps the system coherent as new surfaces ship.
The Result
Six product surfaces, one cohesive system, ready to ship. The platform reads at the tier its audience expects, holds together as new flows are built on top of it, and gives the brand a software footprint that matches the room it wants to be in.
