K-12 School Platform for Confident Exam Delivery
Overview
We worked with Miqyas to shape an enterprise K-12 platform that helps schools onboard their entire user base — students, teachers, and admins — and helps students take exams with the kind of structured guidance that turns test day from a stressor into a routine.
The Challenge
Schools moving testing online were running into the same wall: bulk-onboarding hundreds of students, distributing the right exams to the right cohorts, and giving each student a calm, confident experience once they sat down to take a test. The original platform handled the mechanics but didn't make any of those moments feel handled. Schools were left configuring spreadsheets, and students were left guessing what came next on screen.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the experience around two enterprise-grade workflows. On the school side: bulk user onboarding with clear roles, permissions, and rosters, so a coordinator can stand up an entire school in a single working day. On the student side: an exam interface designed to remove the small frictions that erode confidence — clear instructions, structured guidance through each section, calm visual pacing, and progress signals that tell students exactly where they stand. Arabic-first typography and RTL layouts are treated as primary, not adapted, so the experience reads as native to the audience it serves.
The Results
Miqyas now lands in a school as a platform that's deployable in days, not quarters, and that students walk into already knowing how to use. Coordinators stop fighting their tools, teachers see their cohorts in the right places, and students sit through exams with the structure they need to perform. The platform has the credibility profile a school needs in order to make Miqyas a permanent part of the academic year.
